Business Development Representative (BDR)

Job Description:

We are looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) at ThrillX. You will join us at an exciting time as all of our business and leads have been generated purely inbound through intricate referral systems and Search Engine Optimization (SEO) to date. As the Lead BDR, you will not only be responsible for seeking new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers, but you will also be leading the development, strategy, and execution of an outbound sales system from scratch that generates pipeline revenue. As a result, this position requires an extremely self-driven individual with strong initiative skills.

Estimated hours: 8-10 hours a week.


  • Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings for our Business Development team.
  • Hunt for new business opportunities to grow the sales pipeline.
  • Work closely with each prospect from initial contact to qualification, in order to book quality meetings for our Account Executives.
  • Be responsible for contacting leaders in small and medium-sized businesses across many different verticals.
  • Identify key decision makers and/or key influencers within an organization.
  • Clearly communicate the benefits of our agency and how it can help potential customers.
