Our standard timeline is 4-6 weeks to design and develop a template-based website and 8-10 weeks for a custom website from scratch. However, our timeline depends on the project since the size and pace of each project are also determined by the client. For example, how quickly you provide feedback, how soon the content is provided, etc. The functionality and number of revisions will also affect the timeline.

For example, if you have an existing website that is not converting as high as you’d like to, we will first start by determining your KPIs and business goals. Yes! We strongly believe in giving you full control of your website. That’s why we design and build each website in a way so that you can easily make minor updates and maintain everything from swapping out photos/text to duplicating sections. Within all of our website packages, we offer a 1-hour complementary tutorial that is recorded over Zoom where we’ll show you how to make simple edits and maintain your site.

We are also more than happy to assist you with making changes after your website is complete at our hourly rate of $60/hr to $100/hr, depending on the task that is required and the level of complexity.

Unlike other web design agencies, we work with all platforms including WordPress, Shopify, Squarespace, and Wix. We will always offer our recommendation for which website platform is most suitable for your business and requirements, although it is ultimately 100% your final decision.

Our website designers are capable of building custom API’s, integrating third-party plugins or applications, and anything else that you require for the platform of your choice.

We do not offer Pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns at this time or social media marketing. However, we have a network of great digital marketing partners who we would highly recommend and can connect you with.

Absolutely! Although we provide all our clients with a tutorial on how to make changes on their own, we are happy to assist you on a monthly or ad-hoc basis for ongoing support.

We ask that you provide all of the text/paragraphs for the website. However, if you require assistance, we do have a copywriter on our team who can help write amazing content (this is an additional cost and dependent on the size of the scope).

As for providing images, we use websites such as Unsplash and Pexels to find high-quality stock images that can be used free of charge. However, we are happy to use images that you provide to us instead if you have them.
