These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the purchase, access, and use of digital products provided by ThrillX Design Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including but not limited to design templates, Figma files, frameworks, documentation, and related materials (collectively, the “Templates”).

By purchasing, accessing, downloading, duplicating, or using any Templates provided by ThrillX Design Inc., you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not purchase, access, or use the Templates.

1. Intellectual Property Ownership

All Templates and related materials provided by ThrillX Design Inc. are protected by copyright, intellectual property, and other applicable laws.

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Templates remain the exclusive property of ThrillX Design Inc.

The purchase of a Template grants you a limited license to use the Templates, but does not transfer ownership of the Templates or any associated intellectual property rights.

2. License Grant

Upon purchase, ThrillX Design Inc. grants the purchaser a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to use the Templates solely for permitted purposes described in these Terms.

This license allows you to:

• Use the Templates for personal projects
• Use the Templates for client work
• Modify the Templates for use in finished digital products
• Export design assets for the purpose of producing end products such as websites, landing pages, or marketing materials

The Templates may only be used to create final end products and may not be redistributed as reusable design assets.

3. Restrictions on Use

You may not, under any circumstances, directly or indirectly:

• Resell, sublicense, rent, lease, or redistribute the Templates
• Share the Templates with any third party, whether for free or for compensation
• Upload the Templates to marketplaces, repositories, forums, or file-sharing platforms
• Provide the Templates to other designers, developers, agencies, contractors, or collaborators for reuse
• Include the Templates in any template library, design system, UI kit, or framework intended for distribution
• Use the Templates to create derivative template products intended for sale or distribution
• Make the Templates available in any way that allows others to access, download, duplicate, or extract the original design files
• Use the Templates as part of any software, product, or service where the Templates themselves remain accessible as reusable assets

The Templates may only be used in final outputs, not redistributed as editable source files.

4. Agency and Team Use

Unless explicitly authorized by ThrillX Design Inc. in writing, the Templates are licensed only to the individual or legal entity that purchased them.

You may not:

• Share the Templates internally across multiple designers or employees
• Use the Templates as a shared design resource within an agency or company
• Upload the Templates to shared drives or collaborative environments accessible by multiple users

Each user who requires access to the Templates must obtain their own valid license.

5. Artificial Intelligence and Data Usage

The Templates may not be used to train, fine-tune, or contribute to any artificial intelligence, machine learning system, dataset, or automated design generation tool.

The Templates may not be used to create derivative design datasets intended for automated content generation.

6. Unauthorized Distribution

Any unauthorized reproduction, sharing, redistribution, resale, or misuse of the Templates constitutes a violation of applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

ThrillX Design Inc. reserves the right to pursue all available remedies, including but not limited to:

• DMCA takedown notices
• Removal requests to hosting providers and marketplaces
• Revocation of license rights
• Financial damages
• Legal action where applicable

7. License Revocation

ThrillX Design Inc. reserves the right to revoke the license granted under these Terms if any violation of the license conditions occurs.

Upon revocation, you must immediately cease use of the Templates and delete all copies in your possession.

8. Digital Product Delivery

All Templates are delivered as digital products.

Upon purchase, access instructions or download links will be provided electronically.

It is your responsibility to ensure you provide a valid email address and maintain access to the software required to open the files (such as Figma).

9. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the Templates and the immediate access provided upon purchase, all sales are final.

ThrillX Design Inc. does not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations after a purchase has been completed.

10. No Guarantee of Results

While the Templates are based on industry experience and conversion-focused design principles, ThrillX Design Inc. does not guarantee any specific business outcomes, performance results, or conversion improvements resulting from the use of the Templates.

All use of the Templates is at your own discretion and risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ThrillX Design Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to the use or inability to use the Templates.

The total liability of ThrillX Design Inc. for any claim relating to the Templates shall not exceed the amount paid by the purchaser for the Templates.

12. Changes to These Terms

ThrillX Design Inc. reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.

Updated versions will be posted on this page and will take effect immediately upon publication.

Continued use of the Templates after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ThrillX Design Inc. operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
