OOhawaii sells the most premium and natural skincare products on the market with a $100+ AOV. They needed a premium website to match this. To do this, we redesigned the website, utilizing a beautiful clay and dusty pink combination to elicit emotions of joy, happiness, and serenity. The branding and colors work seamlessly with the website copy and imagery.

Research and Discovery

We conducted multiple stakeholder interviews and discovery sessions to understand the various customer segments of OOHawaii and to ultimately ensure the final site reflected these perspectives.


The homepage showcases a compelling hero section with a clear and inviting value proposition above the fold. This is immediately followed by a “Shop Now” call-to-action button, encouraging visitors to explore the featured product, Birdsong Eye Remedy.

As you scroll down, the page highlights best sellers with clean, visually appealing product blocks, each accompanied by an “Add to Cart” button to facilitate quick purchasing. Below this, an engaging section promotes a new series on aging youthfully, driving user engagement with an enticing “Read More” button.

Further down, the page features a powerful before-and-after slider demonstrating the efficacy of the skincare products. This visual proof of product effectiveness is crucial in converting skeptical visitors.

Finally, the homepage emphasizes the unique selling proposition of using volcanic ash antioxidants from Hawaii, rich in nutrients, to repair UV-damaged skin. This section includes a compelling visual of volcanic ash and a persuasive call-to-action, “Shop Now,” to drive purchases.

The product pages on OOHawaii are designed with a strong focus on conversion optimization. Each page begins with a visually appealing hero section that immediately captures the user’s attention and conveys the premium quality of the products. To reduce fear, uncertainty, and doubt (FUDs), the pages highlight clear value propositions and detailed product benefits, making it easy for customers to understand the unique advantages of each item.

Core differentiators are strategically emphasized throughout the pages, ensuring that potential buyers are consistently reminded of what sets these products apart. The integration of subscription options encourages recurring purchases, boosting customer lifetime value. User reviews provide essential social proof, enhancing trust and credibility with prospective buyers.
