Junior UX/UI Designer (Contract)
Job Description:
As a Junior UX/UI Designer at ThrillX, you will be at the forefront of crafting high-converting, data-driven digital solutions for our diverse clientele. Your primary role will involve diving deep into user research, developing UX strategies, and designing interfaces that not only look good but drive business results. You’ll be instrumental in communicating design decisions to our clients, ensuring alignment with their business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Engage in the complete design lifecycle, from user-research and UX strategy to the final design deliverables.
- Collaborate with clients, understanding their needs and communicating design decisions effectively.
- Develop conversion-focused messaging for our prospects, ensuring alignment with design and business objectives.
- Utilize data-driven tools like HotJar, Microsoft Clarity, and user-testing software to inform and refine design decisions.
- Produce and iterate on designs using Figma, ensuring they are both aesthetically pleasing and strategically sound.
- Conduct comprehensive user research, deriving insights that drive design choices and business outcomes.
Requirements:
- A foundational understanding of UX and UI principles, with a strong emphasis on conversion-focused design.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with clients and justify design decisions.
- Familiarity with data-driven tools such as HotJar, Microsoft Clarity, and user-testing software.
- Proficiency in conducting user research and crafting UX strategies based on insights.
- Hands-on experience with Figma and strong ability to use auto-layout.
- Ability to craft messaging that aligns with conversion-focused principles and design aesthetics.
Position Details:
